Sold Inventory Object

The Sold Inventory object in CommercePro replaces the current ticket item in WooCommerce and the MA Ticket object in HubsSpot. Attendee and buyer information are store on the ticket object, and buyers have the ability to reassign tickets to other people from their own dashboards.

  • Holds information about the event in dedicated fields
  • Is this event catered is an optional field that determines if a dietary requirement option should be available to the attendee on their ticket
  • Dietary requirements is conditional on the above field, and stores the attendees preference for the individual event

Financial details section overview

  • Sold price is the actual value of this ticket and indicates the price paid by the purchaser (e.g the member rate if they are a member, or a discounted value if they used a coupon code)
  • The Xero fields store configuration details that determine how a specific product is stored on Xero invoices
