Product Library Object

The Product Library object in CommercePro replaces the current product item in WooCommerce. When developing CommercePro we strove to develop the system with simple migration in mind. To this end the CP Product Library object has features comparable to other eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify. Product Library specific information below:

Overview

  • Area for basic configuration of the product including name, type and price
  • Multiple pricing tiers available based on membership tiers

  • Catering option to determine if tickets sold should have a dietary requirements option or not
  • Subtype field for further categorisation of the product

Website settings overview

  • Short description field for event tiles/calendar page listings
  • Listing image for event tiles/calendar page listings
  • Product marketing page link where the product directs to a landing page with more information and purchase options
  • Publish to website dropdown to determine if a product should be shown on event tiles/calendar listing pages

Inventory section overview

  • Inventory is the total number of tickets/items available
  • Number sold is the number of tickets/items sold
  • Total available is Inventory less all confirmed ticket sales
  • Currently available is total inventory less any pending tickets (awaiting payment or active cart)
  • Number cancelled is the number tickets that were cancelled
  • Number pending is the number of tickets awaiting payments or currently held in active carts

Event settings overview

  • Event location is a dropdown of cities or locations (to be determined by the MA)
  • Event address is where the event is taking place
  • Date 1/2/3 is the date/s of the event in date picker format (more can be added)
  • Start and end time are free text feels to denote the times for each day of the event

  • This section stores configuration details that determine how a specific product is stored on Xero Invoices
